By accessing and using SEPARAVE ("the Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you and SEPARAVE regarding your use of our platform and services.

SEPARAVE provides a platform for verifying real estate agents in Nigeria. Our services include:

• Agent identity verification and credential validation
• Professional background checks and licensing verification
• Client review and rating systems
• Secure communication channels between clients and agents
• Transaction monitoring and dispute resolution support

To access certain features of our platform, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and update your account information
• Keep your login credentials secure and confidential
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

For real estate agents seeking verification:

• You must provide valid identification and professional credentials
• All submitted information must be accurate and verifiable
• You consent to background checks and credential verification
• Verification status may be revoked if false information is discovered
• You agree to maintain current professional licenses and certifications

You may not use our platform for any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts. Prohibited activities include:

• Providing false or misleading information
• Impersonating another person or entity
• Engaging in fraudulent activities
• Violating any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Harassing, threatening, or defaming other users

For paid services:

• All fees are stated in Nigerian Naira (NGN) unless otherwise specified
• Payment is due upon registration for premium services
• Refunds are subject to our refund policy
• We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days notice
• Failure to pay may result in service suspension

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference.

By using our services, you consent to the collection, use, and sharing of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

SEPARAVE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or relating to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lagos State, Nigeria.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new terms on our platform and updating the "Last Updated" date.

Your continued use of the service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms of Service.
